SEE FRESH COLLECTION A Sambalpuri sari is a traditional handwoven bandha (ikkat) sari (locally called ``sambalpuri bandha`` sadhi or saree) wherein the warp and the weft are tie-dyed before weaving. Woven in Nuapatna region of Odisha, 'kumbha' means temples, due to the towering temples looking like peaks of Kargil mountains hence the name was put by weavers as ' Kargil Kumbha'.
